- Build a pool of qualified candidates for various positions, to fulfill the hiring requirements, Mainly for Blue Collars.
- Initiate new sources, and using current sources efficiently.
- Conduct phone screening interviews to evaluate the candidate’s qualifications.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Find new sources for hiring bulk employees
- Plan, organize & attending open days of hiring (inside / outside of company)
- Handle administrative duties and record-keeping
- Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
