Description:
  • Responsible and audit the quality calls for the sales team in order to enhance their performance and targets according to the company objective. 
  • Submit and conduct the training for the newly hired and existing sales members.
  •  Responsible to train and develop the quality team in order to Audit the calls for the sales team.  Create and design the call scripts for the CS, Operations, Complaints & sales teams. 
  • Manage, implement, and develop the corporate sales teams.
  •  Responsible for the company registration Government authorities, Engineers Syndicate, (etc ….)  Manage & follow up with new and exciting proposals, and quotations for corporate sales deals.  Organize & handle & develop all documents related to the sales team B2B and B2C.
Qualifications:
  • Having 4-7 years experience in Telesales (is a must)
  • Having experience in E-Learning (is preferred)
  • Recommendations: education, banks, insurance, real state
  • Full-Time shift
  • Work Location: Nasr City
  • Cairo Residents
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field
  • Meal grade only can apply
