  • Planning and following up on the implementation of the sales activity, and participating in setting objectives, and identifying sales policies for the company’s products and services.
  • Provide recommendations for developing the company products and services, and suggest any new products or services.
  • Participate in preparing the policies of the prices, distribution, advertising, promotion and communication with targeted markets.
  • Organizing sales activities, and assigning tasks to each employee in sales department, and identifying sales areas by identifying the largest number of customers, and dividing the market into sectors.
  • Supervise the implementation of the strategic plan of sales policies.
  • Evaluate the sales specialist performance and improve their skills and supervise their work and guiding them properly.
  • Maintaining the collective effort in sales department by supporting the cooperation among all employees to achieve the specific objectives of the business.
  • Maintaining sales activity reports, and evaluating results and taking appropriate corrective actions.
  • Prepare agreements, pricing policies, discounts, cash and term collections.
  • Increase market share by increasing the volume and growth of the company’s sales.
  • Continues search for new customers, and communicate with them and maintain bonded relationships with them.
  • Participate in negotiations with clients and contracting partners.
  • Prepare detailed reports on achievements and obstacles facing the department and proposed solutions.

Education:Bachelor's degree / higher diploma
