| Description: | – Expertise in creating and reviewing comprehensive designs / plans, layouts, working drawings, construction details of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage and Firefighting System to ensure execution of projects within time and budgeted parameters.- Review of Submissions such as Shop Drawing, Construction Plan & Schedule, and Calculation for the selection of Equipment etc. related with the Electrical and Special systems conforming with the Project Requirement and as per the local and authority guidelines.- Proficient in estimating and designing and draughting air conditioning and ventilation system selection as per international standards, ASHRAE, SMACNA, DW144, NFPA standards and other codes.- Hands-on experience in duct sizing, pipe sizing for plumbing, manholes, ventilation and smoke air system.- Familiar with mechanical, electrical & plumbing design across the project with skills in preparing commissioning schedules, material management.- Develop and provide complete Calculations and Technical documents of Mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting).- Proactive in identifying and solving the problems, Conflicts and errors in technical review.- Perform and provide Mechanical Design and Calculations of large-scale Projects & introduced cost savings through value engineering while maintaining the quality and technical aspects according to the clients Requirements.- An effective communicator with excellent relationship management skills and strong analytical, problem solving & organizational capabilities. |
