  • Monitor and provide direction in various areas of support services like, Public Relations, Government services, Custom & shipping clearances, housing facilities, recreation center, facility management, transportation services, travel services, general services, catering services and office services. Build harmonious relationships with the governmental and semi-governmental institutions to handle regulatory/clearance/license matters.
  • Provides leadership and direction to multiple departments on Government service/ regulatory/clearance/licence matters and ensure that information is conveyed to proponent for compliance purposes.
  • Resolves concerns, conflicts and problems of the internal customers and ensure services are provided in a professional and safe manner.
  • Implement and support various service program as per strategy and priorities, including but not limited to Office Services, Infrastructure, Community Services, Housing community, Travel/transportation services, Catering Services, and Facility management/maintenance.
  • Leads and ensures accountability of operations, administration, and improvement of YASREF Housing-residential property.
  • Guide, monitor and track progress of general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or minor repair/construction projects at YASREF Housing-residential property.
  • Ensure the support services areas are continuously developed and updated in line with the Company’s objectives and as per best practices. Guide office/housing architectural and engineering planning, space utilization, space design, and installation management.
  • Provide expertise and coordination of specific social/community activities to enhance the image of the organization, organize events as per the strategy of the company in compliance with the local regulatory requirements.
  • Periodically Analyze KPIs and follow up with concerned divisions/units to ensure the best services are provided.
  • Analyses various SSD policies, processes and systems and guide the divisions and units as per benchmark practices and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Guide and implement communications plan as per YASREF strategy, goals and budget as per desired outputs.
  • Manage media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business, industry and media.
  • Interact with Corporate planning or management to prepare press releases or other media communications to promote the organization intent.
  • Ensure all internal communications like, Email, intranet, mobile communication, Inter department, cross functional communication are effective and adds value to the productivity of the organization.
  • Ensure all External communications like, Press releases, Press conferences, Advertising, Communication with external agencies are effective and adds value to the organization.
  • Plan or develop communication programs/publications to maintain favorable public or stockholder perceptions of organization’s accomplishments, agenda, environmental responsibility or green task statement.
  • Coordinate with internal control team to ensure internal controls are well established, monitored and complied. Ensure procedural risks are addressed, resolved and not repeated.
  • Coordinate with OE (Operational Excellence) team to ensure Quality models are introduced as per the guidelines of Operational Excellence guidelines.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Vice President Industrial Relations.
Education and Certification Requirement :Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations, Management Information System, Law or equivalent.
