Description:
Supervising the preparation and configuration of internal systems and networks.
Find out and troubleshoot technical problems and malfunctions.
Supervising the operations team and the IT department.
Manage the procedures for updating and developing the network infrastructure.
Equipment, installation and protection of equipment.
Training new users of the system to process and set up their accounts.
Monitor software and hardware performance.
Ensure smooth handling of new applications.
Updating technical documents for electronic devices and systems.
Make backup copies of all programs
Know all the hardware problems of all employees and solve them quickly
Participation in selecting the best purchase offers for any device or software purchased in the company
Provide technical reports on the level of quality and efficiency of devices and networks and proposals for renewal
