Description:
  • Mange the sales team to periodically achieve the assigned sales targets.
  • Lead the sales team to deliver the predetermined objectives in regards of the company positioning.
  • Take the agile dictions based on the market dynamics, to achieve the overall KPIs timely. 
  • Initiate new commercial programs/campaigns/events with its relevant business case to get the management “GO”. 
  • Report the market updates along with the needed actions.
  • Periodically report to the board the performance results versus the preset plan. 
  • Set periodically the product mix required.
  • Monitor the products stock level to timely and submit the relevant purchase request.
  •  Lead the online sales growth corelated the marketing plan and its digital arm as well.
  • Act as a business owner and involve the relevant departments into daily operation to collectively execute the company vision. 
Qualifications:
  • 5 To 10 years’ experience in relevant field.
  • Management skills 
  • Analytical thing and consumer behavior updates
