Description:
  • Supervise the software testers.
  • Reviewing the software requirements, specifications and provide  timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
  • Conduct regression testing.
  • Contributing in developing and applying testing processes for new and existing products to meet SRS.
  • Setting user manual.
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
  • Supervise deflects reported to the development team by using bug tracking system
  • Record and document results and compare to expected results.
  • Generate historical analysis of test results.
  • Maintain database of software defects.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.
  • Handel acceptance, functional, integration, stress and performance tests.
  • Evaluate product performance including functional areas according to specifications.
  • Perform all aspects of verification and validation in all the software development phases.
  • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
  • Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content.
  • Design and review  test plans and scenario
  • Sharing as a team member and have appropriate tasks in executing the project plan
  • Work harmoniously in a cross-functional team comprised of managers and other developers to ensure the delivery of software solutions as planned.
  • Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
  • Responsible for Test Plan Preparation and recommend to Project Manager about schedule, prioritization and resources allocation within his team
  • Design test cases and bugs templates
  • Ensure all team members productivity and quality .
  • Create and  modify the user’s  story log .
  • Prepare and submit team’s WBS to the project manager .
  • Support and develop team members continuously .
  • Ensure that team members work checked in safely on VSO source control.
  • Prepare and submit team’s WBS to the project manager
Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience in software quality Control.
  • Strong knowledge of software QC methodologies tools and processes.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Hands-on experience with black box testing.
  • Knowledge of working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Has a good knowledge with logging defects on Defect tracking tool.
  • Has a good knowledge in test cases design.
  • Understanding of product testing life cycle.
  • Good Experience in bug tracking tools.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Experience in testing performance is a plus.
  • Solid ISTQB study is a must
