Description:

Responsible for handling implementation for new projects, remotely and onsite and supporting for the following :

  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager 
  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express 
  • Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection / Cisco Unity Express 
  • Cisco Unified Contact Center Express and IVR
  • Cisco WebEx / Cisco Meeting Server 
  • Cisco IOS Voice Gateways 
  • Cisco Routers and Switches
  • Cisco Access Points
  • Cisco Wireless LAN Controller
  • Troubleshooting, identify and resolve voice issues.
  • Manage Customer faults and issues 
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years experience in network collaboration field.
  • Certified CCNA is preferable .
  • Previous working on Cisco platforms is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering .
