Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities:

– Test and validate expected outcomes for production runs of tasks performed by humans and/or bots. 
– Troubleshoot issues with production workflows and determine the best course of action to correct them.
– Execute test plans and test cases of typically minimal complexity for all testing assignments.
– Assist with documenting and executing tickets associated with reactive quality assurance cases.

• Requirements:
  
  – Fluent in English is a MUST
  – Experience from 1 – 3 years in a QA manual  testing environment.
  – Has exp. with SQL
  – Basic knowledge of APIs
  – Proficient with Excel
