- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
- Handle All Requests White or Blue collar.
- Conduct new employee orientations
- Maintaining current HR files and databases
- Inform applicants about job details such as job descriptions , benefits and conditions
- Create database for most of requested functions in Group Factories.
- Support in Personnel Function.
