Responsible for recruiting , screening , headhunting ,interviewing and placing candidates .

• Plan , direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization .
• Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
• Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
• Handle All Requests White or Blue collar.
• Conduct new employee orientations
• Maintaining current HR files and databases
• Inform applicants about job details such as job descriptions , benefits and conditions
• Create database for most of requested functions in Group Factories.
• Support in Personnel Function.

• Bachelor Degree.
• Able to handle many tasks
• 1-3 years of experience in Human resources.
• Ability to work under Stress
• HR diploma or certificate is a plus.
