• Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation. 
•  Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions or assignments.
•  Track employees’ absences (regular / irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly. • Search and Book Travel Tickets, 
•  Responsible for all Personnel activities and reports Saudization, Iqama renewlas, Passports renewals and contracts 
•  Manage & update employee’s files. 
•  Responsible for the medical and employee theft insurance file to editing, cancellation and following up with the medical insurance provider

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant. 
•  MBA or related degree in Human Resource Management from reputable institutes. 
• 2+ years of HR-relevant experience, ideally having led an HR team at a fast growing company 
•  Proven ability to communicate effectively in an oral and written manner 
•  Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships • Strong management, leadership & interpersonal skills 
•  Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic
