Description:
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the organization expand in the market
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
  • He/she will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online ‎marketing channels and lead all marketing activities
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Increasing the value of the current fanbase while attracting new ones
  • Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including performance, growth, communications, and engagement
  • Identifying and crafting growth and expansion opportunities
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
  • Set, monitor, and report on team goals
  • Analyse consumer behaviours and determine customer personas
  • Leading the strategy for lead generation efforts
  • Ensure full implementation of email marketing strategy
  • Track SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analyses
  • Ensuring planning and execution of a full migration to our platform, including heavy synergy with the production team
  • Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Work with the Management and key team members to refine our understanding of core customer segments, brand/product positioning, and messaging
  • Manage and refine the brand’s social media presence and brand identity



 

Qualifications:
  • MA in Marketing, Digital technologies, or similar relevant field
  • 12+ years of experience in the marketing field, 5 years of them as a Digital Marketing Director
  • In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
  • Good knowledge and direct experience using (Facebook – Twitter – Instagram – Tiktok & Snapchat – SEO) with best practices
  • Basic knowledge of web design procedures
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strategic thinker with experience developing marketing programs and measuring impact
  • Team player
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
