Job Title:Sales Account Manager
  • Managing existing accounts seeking to expand volume, introduce new products and enhance margin.
  • Organizing sales visits & meets with customers and clients.
  • Develop new ideas to retain existing customers.
  • Contact potential customers for new business opportunities.
  • Address customer queries in timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with sales management to develop business plan for assigned account.
  • Prepare sales forecast reports for management on monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with senior management and sales team to develop successful sales techniques.
  • Negotiate with customers regarding product pricing.
  • Create strategies to increase company's revenue goals.
  • Monitoring business activities and competitors’ actions within assigned territory seeking to gain market share by expanding customer base and product usage..
  • Remaining technically proficient and knowledgeable concerning the Company’s product offerings and capabilities.
  • Researching and identifying sales opportunity & generating leads.
  • Meet time deadlines for accounts.
  • Achieve assigned sales target.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints from customers whenever necessary.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the department Manager.
