  • Asset managers perform various functions in helping their corporations, derive the best benefits from their assets and achieve their goals.
  • Ensure effective implementation of business plan by working with all levels of professionals in the property management department
  • Preparing risk analyses and financial, investment, and asset management reports.
  • Update the Financial Models as and when required by the Financing Agreements, prepare and update necessary periodic financial and cash budgets and carry out the budget-to-actual variance analysis.
  • Creating, organizing, and managing asset portfolios.
  •  Carry out review and analysis of monthly property level report to make sure annual budget is adhered to.
  •  Review and manage value added strategies and capital improvements, with knowledge in the implementation of interior unit renovation plan.
  • Help procuring Project Companies’ compliance with and communication under the terms of their constitutional documents and the Shareholders’ Agreements, as well as their Project and Financing Documents.
  • Monitoring asset performance and recommending corrective measures.
  • Developing strategies to increase ROI and minimize risk factors and losses.
  • Liaise with technical, legal and regulatory, financial, accounting and tax, environmental and social, or insurance advisers.
  • Reviewing policies and making recommendations for potential adjustments and future investments.
  • Researching relevant markets and identifying trends and patterns.
  • Participate actively in acquiring new assets – ensure due diligence is carried out, including market analysis, financial, environment, and engineering reviews
  • Collaborating with the asset management team, company analysts, and senior executives.
  • Liaising and negotiating with fund directors, property managers, attorneys, auditors, etc.

  • Degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • Possess 15 years of experience in corporate of multi sectors as a practical asset management specialist.
  • Additional Certificates is an Asset.
  • Experience developing and managing budgets and carrying out financial modelling.
  • Previous experience as an analyst or asset manager.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software.
