Description: | Your role : They are looking to onboard a “real estate” guru who has a track record in delivering strategy with measurable results. Partnering with the CEO to set up a strategic glide path for the next 5 years, growth strategy, portfolio rationalization, asset management . Support and help lead transformational initiatives within the existing portfolio and new opportunities, which may include formation/incubation of new businesses, identification/implementation of new strategic partnerships, and organizational design and governance. Partners with corporate and business unit leaders to establish short and long-range plans for strategic real estate investments and transactions. Develop a new strategy for land and property development, gain alignment with the CEO and the Board Members. Developing financial models to support management decision-making on potential real estate transactions and related capital investments. |
Qualifications: | We are looking for candidates who have 15+ years of experience from a top management consulting organization or currently leading the strategy department for a significantly sized real estate developer/organization. Demonstrated experience presenting to C-Suite and Board level audiences. Visionary and Strategic thinking skills – great at seeing patterns and connecting the dots. Experience, Insights in the Saudi market is a must. |
