Location:Egypt, Cairo
  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Attend meetings and keep meeting minutes.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Make travel arrangements for Board members, event planning etc.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure and filed properly.
  • Prepare reports from different departments and present them to the CEO
  • provide assistance in bookkeeping
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
  • Handle customers and suppliers queries on phone, email or in person.
  • Proven experience as executive secretary , Office Manager or relevant role for at least 3 years
  • Fluent in English & French languages both written and verbal is a MUST
  • Degree in business administration , PR , Mass com. or relative fields
  • Proficient in MS Office , Word, excel and PowerPoint.
  • In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Integrity and confidentiality
