Description:	Airswift are pleased to work with our client based in Qatar to recruit a Automation and Control Engineer.Duties include:The primary role for this position is that of a Subject Matter Expert of site Process Control Network (PCN) Technologies for QSGTL. It is part of overall PCD/OT Integrity team with direct delivery responsibility of reliable and secure PCN (Process Control Network) in full compliance with QSGTL PCD Security Policy. In a capacity of Subject Matter Expert of site Process Control Network (PCN), the candidate will proactively support delivery of overall PCD/OT Integrity team objectives both through personal technical contribution as well as providing technical direction to other professionals, vendors, and customers.
Qualifications:	The candidate will be responsible for definition and execution of all lifecycle maintenance activities necessary to properly maintain a large Process Control Network (design, deployment and maintenance), performing a wide-range of activities: Design, development and deployment of robust, fit for purpose PCN solutions Administer PCN in a large-scale hydrocarbon processing facility Continuously monitor and assure all elements of QSGTL PCN to meet its reliability, availability and compliance targets Proactively identify/document deviations, design solutions and execute mitigations to keep risks at ALARP. Continuously look for practical ways to improve network reliability, availability and compliance
