Description:

Managing Parter’s Personal Assitant:

Acting as the first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls

  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the MP
  • Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Responding to emails, texts, and calls from clients and relaying the information to the MP
  • Handle client calls and complaints between the MP and the Clients
  • Scheduling meetings and calls in calendars
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of solid experience
  • Degree in business administration or relative field from a reputable university
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Females only
  • Age limit: 29
  • Computer and MS Excel efficiency
  • English fluency 100%
  • Egyptian Or Foreigner nationality is applicable
  • Ability to work during US shift time, starting at 3 PM or after
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to organize raw data
  • Flexibility and adaptability
