Qualifications:Excellent in windows server 2019 or 2012 DC, must be at least 3 years’ experience in this point(join DC, Mange users and hardware under DC environment)• Excellent in setup, configuration and backup email under exchange 2019 or 2016• Excellent in working with UTM and UCM monitoring reports• Good knowledge in CCNA and network troubleshooting (ADSL, VPN, Switches, Routers)• Good knowledge in setup, configuration, maintenance IP came and IVR system• Proficiency in the operating systems, Microsoft office productivity,• Proficiency in Hardware; LAN implementation, PC maintenance,• Proficiency in Network infrastructure, applications infrastructure and configuration.• Working under pressure; having leadership skills and excellent problem solving skills• Proactivity and promptness with excellent communication skills• Excellent end user service skills• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills• Previous working experience in IT support for (3) year(s)• In depth knowledge of Windows 10,7,8 , Microsoft Office 365,IP phones, HP
