Description: Responsibilities: Lead the operation, implementation & launch of payment solutions on the platform Actively propose innovative or cost conscious solutions to add on to the current portfolio of payment solutions Ensure that the users have the best customer experience while using the digital payment features, troubleshoot when needed Carry out market research to present the best practices in the world of online and digital money transactions and payments, to gather concrete customer insights and requirements, and to provide global benchmark Ensure compliance with the digital payment features with relevant laws and regulations. Requirements: A Bachelors degree in an area of Business, Financial Services, Finance, Management etc. Managerial experience in the payment services industry or related financial industry Strong experience in managing all business operations related to providing digital payment solutions Strong experience in understanding the customer needs when it comes to digital payment solutions and scoping them in an efficient manner
