1-Establishing logistics plans for shipping and transporting the company's products and following up on their implementation

2-Negotiate with export managers and customers regarding payment terms, delivery terms, prices and shipping

3-Preparing sales forecast based on data sent from the sales department

4-Preparing sales orders in conformity with the requirements of the customer and directing them to the concerned departments

5-Study the best shipping lines in terms of prices, speed, transit time and post-shipment services, and choose the most suitable among them

6-Differentiating between the offers submitted by shipping companies and choosing the most suitable among them in accordance with our requirements and the requirements of the customer

7-Preparing reservation and uploading plans that include what has been booked, what is under download and what is under custody, and constantly updating them according to developments and preparing shipping schedules according to them

8-Communicate with the customer regarding the shipping process, its dates and all details

9-Periodically evaluating shipping, transportation and delivery companies and submitting reports to the line manager


– Fluency in English is a MUST

– Export Experience is a MUST
