The Business
  • A well-established privately owned SME.
  • They began trading in the 1980’s and employ over 1,000 staff.
  • They are hiring a BDM for their business unit that design, manufacture and service radiators and cooling systems.

The Opportunity
  • The BDM will report to the Sales Director and be responsible for the growth of the business, especially in the export market. They already have a strong presence in the UAE and neighboring Gulf countries.
  • You will develop and execute a strategy to grow key accounts, develop new local business and a strategy for the export market.
  • You will have a large mechanical design team supporting bids and proposals for made to order solutions. 


Qualifications:The Candidate
  • Strong sales background.
  • Product knowledge of Cooling Systems.
  • Ability to develop and execute a sales strategy for the export market.
  • Previous Middle East experience is not required.
  • They have a strong preference for a European passport due to the expected travel in the role.
