Quality Assurance Specialist

1. Analyze data in order to find areas for growth and improve brand quality standard and maintain it 
2. Create reports to track progress by visit the outlets for the evaluations with action and implement system in place
3. Create positive atmosphere for guest hospitality and relations 
4. Ensure employees receive ongoing training to understand guest expectations 
5. Reviews guest negative feedbacks results and other data to identify areas improvement.

Kowledge:

• 5 years of experience in restaurant management, QSR Chicken (International Chain).
• Basic Knowledge of MS office.
• Good written and verbal communication English skills.
