Description:	Job Description Call Center Agent is responsible for responding to customer calls and providing a positive, efficient customer experience and ensuring high customer satisfaction Jobs Responsibilities: Ensures calls are answered within predetermined time scales and are with in a professional manner Handle customers’ complaints and enquiries Liaise and coordinate with Service Provider to resolve customer issues Update the call center CRM system with all customer’s complaints on timely basis to ensure a fast retrieval of information as and when required. Handle stressed, angry and confused customers in the most positive way possible Interact with customers through chat and emails. Live Monitoring of the orders to ensure that the Service provider is following the KPIs set by the operations Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager
Qualifications:	Prior experience in a customer service role Excellent communication skills Bilingual Computer literate Proper judgment and decision-making skills Kuwaiti dialect is a plus
