Call Center Agent is responsible for responding to customer calls and providing a positive, efficient customer experience and ensuring high customer satisfaction

Jobs Responsibilities:
  • Ensures calls are answered within predetermined time scales and are with in a professional manner
  • Handle customers’ complaints and enquiries
  • Liaise and coordinate with Service Provider to resolve customer issues
  • Update the call center CRM system with all customer’s complaints on timely basis to ensure a fast retrieval of information as and when required.
  • Handle stressed, angry and confused customers in the most positive way possible
  • Interact with customers through chat and emails.
  • Live Monitoring of the orders to ensure that the Service provider is following the KPIs set by the operations
  • Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager

  • Prior experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual
  • Computer literate
  • Proper judgment and decision-making skills
  • Kuwaiti dialect is a plus
