Description: We are looking to hire a hard working and efficient commis chef for our company.
His responsibilities include
  • Preparing cooking and presenting the dishes as per the company standard recipes.
  • Take care of daily food preparations and duties assigned through superiors to meet the standard and quality set by the company
  • Accurately Measuring meal ingredients for the superior chef.
  • Check periodical expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the section
  • Knowledge of Hygiene ,safety measures and correct usage of equipment and utensils.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between colleagues.


Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Sound knowledge of hygiene factors
  • Able to work under pressure & Team Spirit
  • Proven commercial kitchen experience
  • Effective communication skills
