The holder of this job position is responsible for quality assurance and is an integral part of operations and top class execution, which is necessary for the success & good reception of our services by our respected consumers.
a.      Understanding the SRVME concept and business modelb.      Communicate and record customer complaints; via phone/email and accordingly solve the constraints in accordance to the business’s policyc.       Recording and communicating “App Bug” to managementd.      Monitor and follow up on job orderse.      Assign & re-assign job orders

  1. One-year work experience in a related customer service field, retail or banking.
  2. Technical adaptability in a constantly changing and expanding work environment
  3. Excellent customer service skills: You must exhibit empathy, courtesy, kindness, efficiency and helpfulness.
  4. Problem Solving: Demonstrable experience troubleshooting and documenting replication steps for technical issues and escalating to the appropriate team internally
  5. Communication skills: You must speak clearly, calmly and persuasively in both positive and negative situations.
  6. Ability to speak/write English
  7. Ability to speak excellent Arabic (Preferably excellent Arab/Kuwaiti accent)
  8. Knows basic computer skills.
  9. Preferably Male candidate.
  10. Ability to join immediately
