Bayt.Com is looking for a highly effective Customer Success Executive (CSE) with excellent interpersonal skills. As a CSE, you will be an extension of the Sales team in providing after-sales services and training to the customers in person, via the telephone, and online.
You will have exceptional customer service delivery skills; be personable, a good conversationalist, and an active listener. Problem-solving comes naturally to you. You are customer-obsessed: You empathize with them; understand their goals, pains, needs, and wants; and you strive to empower them to reach their goals.
  • Responsible for improving customer retention through programs and service provided to the customer

  • Actively listen to customers and provide them with solutions that meet or exceed what they need

  • Explain and demo all digital products of Bayt.Com in person or online to ensure users’ understanding of the benefits of using website tools and basic functions

  • Ensure coverage of your assigned stack through regular physical meetings

  • Support customers in utilizing Bayt recruitment solutions

  • Liaise with account managers to develop specific customer support strategies

  • Take ownership of customer’s issues and follow problems through to resolution

  • To leverage this relationship ultimately to promote products and services and motivate repeat client usage (RENEWALS)

  • To promote positive client experiences on

  • To motivate clients to recommend through positive word-of-mouth (REFERRALS)

  • To obtain Testimonials from clients on the benefits of services

  • Update CRM for all historical interaction with companies

  • Carry out other sales and operational activities as requested by the management

Qualifications:WHO YOU ARE
  • 1+ years of working experience as a customer service representative

  • Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, understanding business requirements of senior decision-makers

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Highly energetic, self-starter with a purpose-driven, result-oriented attitude

  • Competitive, ambitious, career-driven, and accountable personality

  • Empathy and the ability to understand customer viewpoint and customer service

  • Ability to work independently and with others

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
