Description:
  • Execution of CRM & CSI activities for the Company.

  • Customer information capture and cleansing of existing records.

  • Process customer complaints & leads.

  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a goal of retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.

  • Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.

  • deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically respond promptly to customer inquiries

  • handle and resolve customer complaints.

  • obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

  • Follow up on customer interactions.

  • Receive inbound calls including transferred sales leads and calls from current and potential customers.

  • Place outbound follow-up calls to sales leads and persuade potential customers to complete and submit an application.

  • Answer questions about the product details, the company, and issues with account for the customers.


Qualifications:
  • Excellent English communication.

  • Fluent in Arabic.

  • Atleast 5 years experience in the same role.

  • Customer service training and certificates.
