Job Role: Act as an ambassador of the company at all times and attend to customer needs in a professional, friendly and courteous mannerEnsure that a high level of professional rapport is developed and maintained with all customersFollow customer service procedures as outlined in the manual to comply with the ISO procedures and safe working practicesMaintain a thorough knowledge of all departments, company products and services so that customers are provided accurate informationEnsure all tickets are actioned in accordance with Network Standards so that we comply with service levels given to customerReport, evaluate and investigate recurring operational problems that are highlighted by customer and then direct the information accordingly for corrective actions to be taken
Qualifications:Requirements:Open to European and Arabic nationalsMale/Female, 33 years old and belowBachelor’s Degree in any related field, Master’s Degree is an advantageWith at least 4 years of proven working experience in customer service or guest relation and with a good track record of managing client relationships with excellent client interfaceMust be committed with positive attitude Proficient in English, Arabic speaker is a plus
