Description: Helping the customers and keeping them satisfied with respect to the Parking System and motorist issues resolution.
Qualifications:
  • Perform patrolling of the parking areas
  • Identify any issues that would be faced by the customers on pro-active basis
  • Assist customers with any issues in finding their vehicles or ticketing issues, etc.
  • Traffic management in event of congestion
  • Provide emergency support to drivers, like: Tire repair/Jump starting, etc.
  • Monitor disabled parking spaces for legitimate usage
  • Help customers with lost or unreadable tickets
  • Identify and report any abandoned vehicles to the helpdesk for further action
  • Identify and report any security issues to the helpdesk for further action
  • Helping customers with parking of vehicles if required
