Description: On behalf of a multinational hospitality client we are seeking a Hospitality Supervisor for their Riyadh operations.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure that the (GEL’s) Guest Experience Leads are well trained to continuously display the required hospitality behaviors and pillars that will enable every guest to have a complete positive hospitality experience.
  • Embed best hospitality related best practices in the Restaurant Operations.
  • Build hospitality pillars that will foster consistent display of hospitality behaviors and actions at all times.
  • Enable the display of hospitality behaviors to all types of customers (children, adults, families etc.).
  • Participate in the evaluation of the GEL’s along with the Store Management team.
  • Ensure that the hospitality pillars are aligned with Company objectives and goals.
  • Elicit customer feedback on the hospitality experience and ensure/facilitate the required corrective actions. Leverage the hospitality level of our restaurants by cultivating the hospitality culture within all crew behaviors.
  • Oversee the hospitality levels of the restaurant.
  • Design an effective on-boarding program for GEL’s & Table Servers based on hospitality pillars and behaviors.
  • Participate in the preparation of training plans.
  • Continuously train GEL’s to ensure that they display the required hospitality behaviors at all times.
  • Continuously monitor and supervise the GELS to ensure display of the required hospitality behaviors.
  • Ensure consistency of hospitality behaviours amongst all the GELs in his batch.
  • Participate in the GEL workforce planning for the concerned team. 

Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years experience in the hospitality industry – specifically Fine Dining Restaurants, 4 or 5 Star Hotels and similar organizations.
  • Minimum of 2 Diploma’s  in Hotel Management, Hospitality or any related field.
  • Displays a very high level of Hospitality Behaviors.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Demonstrable ability to train and transfer skills.
  • Team Player with strong interpersonal skills
