Description: We at Ali Zaid Al Quraishi & Brothers Company (AZAQ) partnered with Star Links for Techincal Support Services Compnay are excited to announce that we are currently looking for talented Administration Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:1.Government Relations:
  • Manage and advise the Admin team on visa processing (work, visit, exit/re-entry/final exit) in coordination with Group HR.
  • Manage and tackle all government e-service portals I.e. MUQEEM, MLSD, LMRA, Chamber, TAMM.
  • Review, approve, and advise the Admin team on sponsorship transfer requests in collaboration with Group HR.
  • Advise the Admin team on Iqama related matters and transactions i.e. issuance, renewal, profession change.
  • Manage and advise the Admin team on documents electronic and/or manual attestation from the Chamber.
  • Manage the government relations activities and ensure all documents are submitted and collected timely.

2.Fleet Management:
  • Manage vehicles and drivers to facilitate the transportation needs.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained through their periodic maintenance schedule.
  • Review and approve all expenses related to company vehicles.
  • Administer selling company vehicles through auctions.
  • Verify and approve company vehicle requests for eligible staff.

3.Facility Management:
  • Oversee the maintenance activities of the building.
  • Administer the facilities in the Group premises i.e. parking area, warehouses, offices, corridors, signage, etc.
  • Ensure that all building keys are properly maintained.
  • Control on building security and fire systems and ensure that they are well maintained.
  • Oversee cleaning staff to ensure the cleanliness of the building.

Desired Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.2. (8+ years) of general administrative knowledge, logistics, fleet management & facility management.3.Logistics & Supply Chain industry experience is (a must).
