Description: We are looking for A Hotel Supervisor (front desk) for 22 Sweets room hotel in Jeddah K.S.A.He is responsible for assisting in the direction and administration of Front Office operations in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Responsibilities include assisting with hiring and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Iqama must be transferable.
Qualifications:
  • Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
  • Make and confirm reservations.
  • Monitor room availability.
  • Provide guests with information pertaining to available services and hours of the hotel.
  • Assist in the training of all Front Office staff.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the Front office, lobby, and surrounding areas.
  • Must be familiar with shift checklist and be able to run the desk in absence of the Manager.
  • Understand all emergency procedures.
  • Cover shifts when needed.
  • To be experienced with various guest scenarios.
  • To be familiar with all technical equipment related to the Front Desk.
  • To be familiar with all hotel facilities and offerings.
  • To understand the influence and importance of all departments on the Front Desk.
  • Solid organizational, time-management and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, dealing with many arrivals and departures within a short period of time
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts.
  •  Perform various administrative tasks supporting management, i.e. room forecasting, processing of guest billing issues, record-keeping of service trends, cash drawer/deposit reconciliation, accurate inventory of supplies, processing department payroll and handling any accounting and purchasing functions
  •  Assist in checking all fixtures, equipment, and conditions (lights, music, heating/cooling, furniture, wallpaper, etc.) for proper operations, settings, and maintenance. Report deficiencies.
