Performs a variety of responsibilities related to enrollment services at IVY International School. Acts as the primary point of contact for students and parents in processing admissions and registration related documents. Answers questions in person, via the internet, by phone, through social media regarding policies and procedures related to admissions, interviews, assessment, registration, and orientation. Ensures marketing efforts support new student recruitment and retention of returning students. Participates in outreach activities to recruit potential students. Coordinates with school administrators to facilitate the consistent delivery of admissions and registration services. Ensures consistent student attendance and high retention by communicating with parents during the re-enrollment period and throughout the year. Provides service to a diverse population including non-English speakers, international students, and other community members whose needs and interests vary. Performs other related duties as assigned.
|Qualifications:||very good English levelCommunicationInternetPossession of excellent written communication skills, and experience in writing job descriptions and employment postings/advertisements. Possession of superior interpersonal skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.Knowledge of employment interview techniques and HR law.Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Ability to work with limited supervision. Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with College policies, procedures and bargaining agreements.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
