Description:

Road9 Media is looking for a new sales account manager who can land new projects & accounts to our eCommerce solutions & digital marketing departments. The candidate will be our agency 1st & main representations to customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Rapidly communicating with new business leads, driven from different marketing channels to the company’s CRM.
  • Receive full briefs from customers to be priced directly, or delivered to technical consultants for pricing.
  • Prepare & conduct professional sales presentations to new customers.
  • Instantly estimating requests pricing & communicating them with customers, based on a standard pricing scheme.
  • Creating proposals & quotations, for new leads.
  • Strictly follow a followup process for all running sales cases.
  • Immediate recording of all sales cases updates on company’s CRM.
  • Consistently communicate with technical consultants to attain better understanding of the company’s provided services & generating better presentations & quotations.
  • Managing deals closing process, including contracting & initiating the first payment installment.
  • Briefing production & execution teams with new projects or accounts.
  • Maintaining the whole sales funnel with all sales cases & on our CRM.
  • Writing the company’s services descriptions in a professionally selling manner.
  • Review, validate & update our online & offline work portfolios.
  • Follow all the newly launched projects or campaigns & study them regularly, to be able to update all our presentations.
  • Suggesting new services enhancements, or entirely new services according to customers’ needs.
  • Enhancing sales processes, such as by expanding or compressing existing sales pipelines.
  • Consult customers with the best services we can offer, to reach the best business value for our customers.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent listening & communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English commands.
  • Excellent organizing skills.
  • Hands on experience in either one or both fields of Digital Marketing or eCommerce.
  • Familiarity with known sales processes & CRM.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 1 to 3 years
