Description: Check that the order details are the same as the provided quotation / Tender / Contract.Ensure to enter the LPO in the system.Issue the order confirmation immediately.Check the Tejari, DHA & SEHA Isupplier on daily basis.Prepare the PPM / Service / Warranty letters.Respond the quotation/ RFQ acknowledgment immediately but respond to quote with price confirmation within 24 hours.Respond the contract / Tender and ensure to submission on timely manner.Issue & submit Consignment Invoices maximum within same day.Check and upload the INVOICES in the DHA , SEHA Portal. (Finance Team).Ensure to submit the Invoice in the portal on the same day or maximum by next. (Finance Team).Maintain proper filing system as per the archive guidelines. Documents archive should be accurate and as per guidelines.
Qualifications:Sales coordinator’s duties are to manage the flow of our supply chain and optimize day-to-day actives
Education:Bachelor's degree / higher diploma
