  • Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
  • Managing distribution and shipment budgets
  • Establish, maintains & develop required vendors’ relations.
  • Preparing bills and invoices.
  • Check requisitions for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
  • Obtain best prices, delivery terms & payment terms for the required products.
  • Create, review and get approvals of purchase orders to vendors.
  • Maintain purchase orders records.
  • Orders’ tracking to ensure accurate & on time delivery.
  • Monitor & coordinate logistic processes to ensure proper shipments delivery.
  • Collaborate with accounting department to ensure timely financial obligations.
  • Negotiate pricing, maximize profit margin, and minimize fees.
  • Minimize risk by ensuring alternative sources of supply.
  • Support the organization through activities focused on sourcing and cost reduction.
  • Developing supplier alliances and implementing process improvements.
  • Receive and review shipping docs from the service providers.
  • Receive and validate the shipping docs for every shipment.

  • Bachelor degree (Preferably hold a Bachelor of Mechanical or Production Engineering)
  • She must have experience working in factories.
  • 3-5 years Experience in the field of logistics and supply chain.
  • Excellent command of English reading and writing.
  • Very good command of Word and Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight situations.
