  • Dealing and operate new contracts with all key account chains (Carrefour, Hyper1, Lulu market, etc…)
  • Create a sales operation process and plans.
  • Follow up branch operations ( merchandiser ,stocks, Competitor situation).
  • Ensure relationship building with current customers and manage an efficient distribution and dealer.
  • Review sales reports.
  • Follow up on subordinates’ target, monthly progress, performance appraisal.
  • Coaching & motivating team members.
  • Monitor and maintain branch inventory & ordering stock.
  • Send monthly reports.
  • Supervise Sales Reps & Merchandisers.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Promote new products and any special offers.
  • Advise customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.
  • Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure that adequate marketing support by way of merchandising and promotions is available in the region in order to provide brand visibility and promote sales in the region
  • University degree.
  • More than 5 years’ Experience in the same position
  • Experience in Retail is a Must.
  • Solid Experience in Hypermarkets and Wholesale is a Must.
  • Experience in Managing a team is a Must.
  • Computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Provide superior customer care, team spirit and training.
  • System knowledge.
  • Representative and Very Good commend in English.
  • Ability to work outdoor & travel inside Egypt if needed.
