Description:
  • Developing and maintaining marketing strategies for products under her/his responsibility to meet agreed company objectives. to push forwarder sales figures and increase product market share
  • Responsible for the marketing of company products and services to the right market Either Business to Business or Business to customer.
  • The role calls for a mix of marketing communications, marketing research.
  • Evaluate monitors and develop skills of assigned product management teams.
  • Assist team in pulling sales data for key (Internal Sales Data & external Competitive Data).
  • Gather and analyze competitive data on new product launches, manage and update monthly report to be issued to l Marketing Team.
  • Support team members in project management by initiating all Creative Requests, Item set-ups, Swatch Sheets, Launch Portfolios, and Launch Overviews.
  • Conduct SKU analysis and recommend items for discontinuance and assist on forecast – Including analysis like recommendations for ideal number of shades for business 
  • Supports the development of key Marketing presentations for global marketing, retailer presentations, regional sales meetings.
  • Partner with Merchandising from project inception to completion to ensure all key due dates are met by Marketing.
  • Understand the market from a social network point of view and be able to provide support and quick analysis and recommendations to support launches.
Qualifications:
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, have a positive attitude, computer skills, a self- starter, be well organized and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Very good English language written and spoken.
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • At least 3-7 years of experience in Food & Beverage business & Marketing, especially in Restaurants & Hotels Field
  • Sales and marketing skills
  • Minimum 3 years of progressively previous experience at professional product management.
  • Professional courses attended is add value.
