Description:
    - Manage operational processes for multiple products/projects, coordinate with all internal & external stakeholders on assigned projects/products, ensure proper project/product delivery within the agreed quality, time-frame aligned with Mondiamedia SLA’s quality standards.
    - Receive draft business requirement specification document BRS from regional lead product owner ( Hamburg) or from the commercial team, includes but not limited to the product functionality, license, reporting, customer requirements, business cases, product launching strategy, product constrains, to ensure that all related project documents meet Mondiamedia and client quality standards.
    - Coordinate & identify with all technical teams on setting the full product life cycle, long term product vision, roadmap & estimate man-days on delivering functionality of product, to identify and set product delivery date with regional lead product owner and/or commercial team.
    - Create & compose the functional & non- functional requirements of the product with internal and external technical & business stakeholders in terms of agile stories, epics, use cases in the product backlog including acceptance criterial, feature specification, task delivery dates, to ensure that backlog cover all requirements of product.
    - Analyse, priorities & refine all SLA tasks, bug fixes & current/new product stories with all product stakeholders and technical team leaders in the backlog to be communicated with development team & ensure clear understanding of task priorities.
    - Participate & coordinate in the agile activities with Technical Stakeholders including backlog grooming and sprint planning, retrospectives & product demonstrations & Act as business representative in providing business clarification related to product, to ensure delivery as per product delivery timelines & Mondiamedia and client quality standards.
    - Draft and present to management project progress & achievements, identify product milestones, project operational solutions, versus actual product plan ensure KPIs, product progress and delivery are met reaching optimum customer experience & satisfaction.

Qualifications:
    - Graduate of Computer science bachelor degree or equivalent.
    - 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
    - Mobile experience preferred.
    - Very good understanding of agile principles and processes.
    - Strong customer orientation, teamwork and high level of commitment.
    - Strong sense of accountability and ownership for end-to-end product life-cycle with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development, and launch.
    - Proven quantitative, analytical, and technical skills along with strong technical writing skills.
    - Experience with analytics frameworks.
    - Strong track record of setting and achieving goals.
    - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    - Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organisational levels.
    - Extremely well organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    - Experience with consumer mobile services/ apps preferred.
    - Interest in entertainment products (music, games, video).
    - Willingness to travel for customer meetings
    - Fluent in spoken and written English. Additional European languages desirable, German a strong plus.
    - Being a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and having a Development background is a plus.
