Job Title: Performance & Reward Management
Job Type: Full Time

· Establish, direct and lead a Performance Management & Rewards Centre of Excellence across the company

· Responsible for the design, implement and monitor performance management program

· Develops and manages recognition and incentive programs for high potential employees

· Plan and formulate rewards and performance strategies aligned to company KPIs

· Annual incentive design and metrics to drive performance of the business

· Design of base pay systems and modelling tools capabilities to manage performance related pay

· Consolidate the monthly reports for submission to Top Management.

  • Draft a communication plan in coordination with Personnel Team
  • Handling all Social Insurance Issues

· Bachelor Degree preferably in Finance or Accounting

· 5 years of HR experience, of which minimum 10 years progressively responsible experience in a Performance Management, C&B / Rewards functions, preferably a corporate level role.

· Experience in FMCG industry is must.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel.

Broad understanding of compensation theory, methodologies and practices.

Good understanding of tax and accounting implications of compensation, equity and benefit programs.

Strong Knowledge of Performance and Reward Management tools and techniques.

Work experience in Hay or Mercer would be an advantage
