Main Duties:

  • Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments with CEO
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Follow up with client
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external issues
  • Foster and manage positive customer relationships
  • Experience in the same field is a plus
  • Excellent spoken English, Reading and writing.
  • Experience in digital marketing/advertising
  • Experience crafting spreadsheets and other data collection/presentation methods
  • Stellar written and oral communication skills
  • Lives in el-sheikh Zayed city or nearby.
