Description:
  • Developing Sales & Marketing plan that add value to the achievement of the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Developing marketing opportunities and planning & implementing new sales plans.
  • Designing and implementing all Sales & Marketing strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements.
  • Managing both the marketing and the sales staff and will perform managerial duties to meet the company’s operations goals.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
  • Developing and implementing plans to reach a large base of clients in an efficient and sustainable way.
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Ensuring all projects are delivered in line with plans, budgets, and quality expected.
  • Proposing company services that best meet the potential client’s business needs.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts in collaboration with the concerned team as well as integrate contract requirements with business operations.
  • Developing effective Sales & Marketing plans using a suitable methodology.
  • Creating and delivering presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
  • Developing and executing marketing programs to promote the company’s brand.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree where Engineering is preferred.
  • 10-15 years of experience in sales & marketing [Hospitality experience is preferred].
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Able to create innovative ideas.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Proficient of data analysis and report writing.
  • Proficient of Microsoft Office suit.
