  • Software Sales Account  is responsible for achieving sales targets, building a new business, and managing software accounts (ERP/HR/Archiving ).
  • Ensuring maximum prospecting potential customers, as well as the achievement of target revenue. In this position, As an Enterprise Account Manager, your role is a critical and integral part of the sales organization. Cold Calling Potential Customers.
  • Visiting Potential Customers
  • Following-up Customers queries

  • Expanding Pipelines
  • Training on Tidal Products & Services and ability to male company presentation % solution & services
  • managing and growing territory.
  • Co-ordinate Pre-Sales Activities
  • Co-ordinate Financial Proposal internal
  • Communicate via phone, email, face-to-face, and web meetings with prospects
  • Communicate daily with sales staff regarding sales activities and strategies.
  • Provide proactive support to customers and prospects.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Software Sales or preferable in ERP sales
  • Communication Skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Solid Track of Closing Sales in Software
  • Knowledge of marketing and customer programs, data, and results
  • Skill in completing multiple tasks and projects in parallel
  • Skill in identifying and resolving customer issues
  • Skill in operating office and technological equipment and software
  • Ability to communicate professionally with co-workers, customers, and vendors
  • Ability to work independently and meet managerial goals.
  • Ability to organize daily activities.
  • Familiar with ERP systems.
