  • Maintaining and increasing sales of the company’s different programs and products.
  • Achieving sales targets and department goals.
  • Monitoring telesales and moderation team performance and motivating them to reach targets.
  • Providing continuous reporting on sales forecast
  • Coaching the team members and increasing their sales skills and performance.
  • Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Updating all internal systems to properly track potential customer and customer contacts
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
  • Setting sales quarter, annual and biannual plans.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal departments and ease internal communication


  • A Bachelor Degree. P
  • 8 – 10 Years of experience with at least 3 years as a Sales Supervisor / Manager.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Experience in the dental sales industry is a plus.
  • Successful proven experience as a sales team leader/supervisor, consistently exceeding targets.
  • High level of commitment.
