Description:
  • Determines the tasks priorities and workflow inside the service center according to the criticality and importance.
  • Schedules the maintenance activities in the external service centers and for mobile service teams (Cairo and Hurghada) ensuring timely service and the highest quality
  • Overseas all assembly activities ensuring the accuracy of final products in alignment with the predefined requirements.
  • Overseas the daily productivity of the service center to ensure the proper utilization and takes remedial actions when needed.
  • Supports in revenue generation activities such as (Maintenance contracts – Spare parts selling – B2B accounts maintenance agreements) to maximize the company overall revenues.
  • Conducts product pre-delivery inspection (PDI) for all products to ensure the performance and quality.
  • Monitors expenses and control the budget for maintenance department ensuring cost utilization.
  • Manages a proper relationships with external service providers and all other stakeholders.
  • Ensure health and safety policies and procedures are complied with in the service center.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superiors.
Qualifications:
  • BS degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Automotive or Home Appliances Field and Cairo resident is a MUST.
  • Min 10 Years’ experience includes 3 years as Service Operations Manager.
  • V.Good English and Computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience supervising a team to meet or exceed service level agreements.
