  • Reaching and exceeding Monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Drive direct sales via cold calling, in person sales calls and referrals
  • Establish and maintain key accounts and channel partner relationships
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Buzzin VMS and associated technologies and be able to communicate the value it brings to customers
  • Maintain good relationship with customers and facility management companies
  • Ability to communicate the value that our solution could bring to their premises
  • Customers include residential and business towers, schools, dorms, offices and residential communities.
  • Ability to identify the decision makers and present an appealing offer to communicate the value of the solution it brings to their premises
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
  • Software Solution sales experience 3+ years
  • Experienced in selling direct and through/with channel partners
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to follow a standard approach to selling to maximize efficiency and results.
  • Confident, assertive, great attitude, strong organizational skills, and a self-starter.
  • BS or BA degree from an accredited institution.
  • Understand technology and software solution selling.
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Fluent in English Language / Arabic is a plus
