Job Title:Business Development Specialist
  • Responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
  • Responsible for visiting /contacting potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Responsible for negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
  • Social media leads communication
  • Responsible for gathering market and customer information.
  • Responsible for representing Beacon at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
  • Responsible for developing the needed Clients’ Proposals.
  • Responsible for advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
  • Sending training request to the operation department to book the trainers
  • Briefing the operations & the trainer on client objectives and expected outcomes out of the training
  • Taking feedback from clients
  • Coordinating with the finance to ensure the collection is on date
  • Bachelor’s degree of reputable university (Commerce/ Business Administration is preferable)
  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience in sales field (preferably training industry)
  • Very Good command of English Language
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fast learner
  • Flexible
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Experience:1 – 2
Salary:4000 – 6000 EGP
